Create and Use Email Templates in MacOS Mail

If you find yourself often typing or copying the same things over and over for different recipients at different times, why not create an email template? This could be very useful for introductions, or other things you would like to include that don't have to do anything with your signature. Let's see how to do that in MacOS Mail app. Creating the Templates Click the + sign next to Mailboxes to create a new Mailbox.  Choose a location and give it a name (ex. Templates ). Click OK . Now click the New Message button to create your template. I usually leave my templates without adding the recipients' emails. Close the New message window and click Save at the prompt. This will save the message as a Draft . Now find it in your Drafts folder, and right-click, and Move to -> Templates . If you already sent a message that you want it saved as a Template , find it in your Sent mailbox, right-click on it, Copy to -> Templates . Using a template Now that you have your te
